A storehouse of wonderful inspiring stories for children and grownups alike. Remember Noah and the ark? Joseph’s coat of many colors? Daniel in the lion’s den? Jonah and the fish? The parables of Jesus? These stories emphasize the triumphs and failures of ordinary people and drive Adam’s passion and ignite his creativity.
“Jesus Christ has been a refuge in trouble, in my greatest pain, in suffering , and in mourning I turned to the Bible, and It brought strength in my most desperate hour.” – Adam Amos
We are not meaningless robots, but we are magnificent creatures of a God who loves us and gives us a purpose and a destiny. God sets standards for our conduct, guidelines for knowing right from wrong, and principles to help us in a confused society where so often “anything goes.” Adam believes in the Trinity, that God exists as a Three-in-One being as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, the Creator of Heaven and Hell, and Adam’s guiding light, illuminating his daily work.
“I believe Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, and that he rose again on the third day, I also believe that Jesus was the Messiah, foretold by prophecy, presented as King of the Jews but rejected; that he is equal with God yet humbled himself to the point of death, and that every knee will one day bow to him and declare him Lord.” – Adam Amos
Adam is led by the Holy Spirit, “drunk in the Spirit” he controlled and consumed by the Spirit, who helps him live a holy life. The Holy Spirit entered Adam when he decided to give his life to Christ, to become a Christian. But he continually asks the Holy Spirit to lead him, to guide him, to help him do the things God wants us to do. God is his faithful strength, the Spirit will bring him peace on his journey within.
He does not deny the ugly, terrible things that happen in life, There is a place for that in art, but he wants to create work that is wholesome, uplifting and aligned with God’s unconditional love, a love which flows through every piece. Adam Amos always portrays his work as though he was an eyewitness to it, Jesus taking the highest place, surrendered to God’s will in all he creates. An artist of God loved and enough, filled with a burning desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ.
“I believe that whoever believes in Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life.” – ADAM AMOS
